Clean, smart, well located room near the university area of Belfast
Positive: The property has a very convenient location for the south part of Belfast and is close to QUB and the various student haunts.
The property was clean and tidy and the security arrangements were clear.
Negative: Perhaps a little on the small side for three occupants.
