Double Ensuite room close to City & University

Clean Apartment, but Concerning Check-in Terms Positive: The apartment was clean and well maintained, with fresh linens and fluffy towels. Complimentary water, tea, coffee, and snacks were a nice bonus. The check-in instructions were clear, communication through Booking.com was friendly, and I appreciated being able to check in an hour early. Negative: The location felt overpriced for the distance from the city centre and bus station, which required around 20–30 minutes on foot. My biggest concern was the mandatory external check-in process. Before receiving the entry code, I had to agree to additional terms through a separate website. Some clauses, including potential charges for legal fees in case of a dispute, made me uncomfortable. I felt I had no real choice but to accept them to access the apartment. The process also raised concerns about potential scams and made me question the transparency of the booking conditions.

Très bien Positive: Bon emplacement dans une rue tranquille. Negative: Difficile de stationner dans la rue en fin de journée

Fantastic! Positive: Fantastic, very clean and tidy, easy to get in and out of. Great communication! Easy to travel to the city centre via the bus (5-10 mins away), and plenty of places to visit/eat/drink close by! Highly appreciated the gelato vouchers too, absolutely delicious!

gorgeous clean comfortable room with lovely extras. Grateful Positive: location great. lots of nice cafes and restaurants in the area. gorgeous clean room with lovely bed and fluffy towels. very comfortable and felt very safe. Negative: i was in room 2 which seems to house the water pump for the building. Everytime someone took a shower or flushed a loo the pump kicked in. I hate to complain, and after the second night i got used to it. they also provided ear plugs which were greatly appreciated. This is my only problem. other than that the accomadation was really lovely.

Positive: Habitación limpia y confortable Negative: Habitación un poco pequeña
